Take your first steps to creating a business with SBDC
Do you want to start a business, but don’t know where to begin? Do you know what a business plan is and how important it is to your future business success?
The Idaho Small Business Development Center (SBDC) in Twin Falls is here to help future business owners answer all the questions that you need answered. Their business office provides information on topics such as the basics of business regulations, which is what you need to know before you open your doors to customers; the importance of prepardness, information about taxes, loans and much more.
On April 9th, 2024, the SBDC hosted a business conference to help business savvy people with taking the first steps towards creating a successful business. Speakers who presented included Irene Gonzalez who is a small business administrator, Stever Taylor who is an Idaho State Tax Commissioner and Bryan Matsuoka of SMDC.
The event is held annually and open to everyone in the Magic Valley and especially to The College of Southern Idaho students. Tickets for the event are available for purchase. For more information on where and how to purchase them, email: idahosbdc@csi.edu
