Bryan Matsuoka

Bryan has been with the Idaho Small Business Development Center since 1996 and South Central Regional Director since 2006. Bryan’s educational credentials include a B.A. in Education from Boise State University and an M.E. from the University of Idaho.
Prior to joining the Small Business Development Center, Bryan worked in public education, and then worked his way up as a sales representative to become the general manager of a software development firm for Hewlett Packard Company. His business experience includes activities as a marketing director, business owner, member of the Board of Directors, Secretary/Treasurer of an Idaho Corporation, LLC formation.

Mary has been with the Idaho SBDC since July of 2015. Previously, she was an operations supervisor in a local call center specializing in Medicare Insurance. She has 11 years experience as a retail department manager, as well as 17 years in commercial sales for a janitorial and food service supplier.
Mary holds a Health, Life and Disability License through the state of Idaho.

Dennis comes with a background in computers, including programming, system designs, installation, and software design and installation. He has owned his own computer business, and has had experience being a project manager.
He has also been a school administrator and has coached several different sports at different levels.
His education includes a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Valparaiso University and an M.B.A. from Northwest Nazarene University.
Dennis Burgett has been in Twin Falls Idaho for 20 years.

Brent is a native Idahoan and studied at Idaho State University where he earned degrees in both Corporate Finance and Management & Organization. He spent his entire 40 year career in banking and finance and attended the RMA Credit Analysis School at Leesburg, Virginia.
Brent has been a guest instructor at the College of Southern Idaho and the American Institute of Banking. Prior to semi-retiring at the end of 2017, Brent worked for several regional and community banks where he specialized in commercial lending and he became the Regional Commercial Loan Manager for a large, regional banking organization. Brent is a two time recipient of the Idaho SBA Lender of The Year Award.

Trey Mohammed

Trey Mohammed started with the Idaho Small Business Development Center in April of 2018. He has a Master’s Degree in Management and Leadership and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management. Also, Trey is an alumni of the College of Southern Idaho while playing Baseball for CSI.
Mr. Mohammed brings nine years of retail, coaching, and residential investing experience to the Idaho Small Business Development Center. Additionally, he has led teams from 2 to 25 members. Clients and the Center find great benefit in Mr. Mohammed’s focus in Digital Marketing.

Dr. John Miller

Dr. John Miller is a career educator of forty years, with teaching and administrative experience spanning K-12 and post-secondary education, as well as in the implementation of customized and workforce training.
He has served as a college president, provost, dean, and director of apprenticeships and workforce training. In his native state of Idaho Dr. Miller is known for contributions to the development and administration of a state broadband system connecting high schools and the college/university partners for the delivery of dual credit. While in North Dakota he was responsible for workforce training programs in the Bakken oil region of the state, training 8000 workers annually in areas ranging from workplace safety to exploration, construction, distribution, and support roles in the energy industry, all tied to economic development in the high plains region.
Dr. Miller received both his bachelor’s and doctoral degrees from the University of Idaho.

Eric Amador
Administrative Assistant/Training Coordinator
Eric joins us after seven years of working for a number of non-profits in Idaho, connecting people to various resources and programs promoting mental and physical health. During that time, they developed excellent communication and administrative skills, allowing them to more effectively serve the people in their community.
Eric received their BA in Creative Writing at Boise State University in 2020. They look forward to using their education and work experience to help the SBDC at CSI continue to support small businesses in South Central Idaho.

Alexza was raised in a Spanish-speaking household in Jerome, ID and is a graduate of the College of Southern Idaho, class of 2022. She earned her Associate of Arts Degree in General Business.
She joined ISBDC as a Work Scholar March of 2021 and has learned valuable insights into small business operations. Along with SBDC she splits her time with 2 other occupations. She is an Account Coordinator/Virtual Assistant for a remote bookkeeping company & the Office Manager for her family’s trucking business.

Angelica Menendez
Work Scholar
Angelica was raised in Southern California and moved to Idaho in 2022. She is currently a student at the College of Southern Idaho, and is majoring in Business Management and Entrepreneurship. Her goal is to start her own clothing business.
She joined the SBDC of Southern Idaho as a Work-Study in September of 2022.

Alexander Mendoza
Work Scholar
Alexander grew up in the North Central Region of Mexico called Guanajuato. While he was working in the family business at the age of 14, he discovered his passion for the business world. He ended moving to Twin Falls after enrolling and being accepted to the College of Southern Idaho to complete his economics degree.
He loves the beautiful view of the Snake River as a part of his new town. He started working at SBDC in September 2023 thanks to the work study program at CSI.
