After 44 years in business, David brings a broad background in business and technology to the Idaho Small Business Development Center (SBDC). He has started, owned, and operated a number of businesses including: aircraft manufacturing, alternative energy, general contracting, HVAC contracting, pest control, software development, business consulting, and more. He has degrees in both horticulture and business.
David provides consultation, training, and mentoring to individuals and businesses in a wide spectrum of topics ranging from business development and marketing to resourcing, procurement, and technology development. His forte is analyzing and implementing strategies for businesses at all levels including business start-ups, expansions, and businesses at risk. Dave is also a licensed commercial pilot and FAA flight instructor.

Frosty has a BS from Idaho State University in Communication and Rhetorical Studies with an emphasis in Organizational Communication.
Frosty started as the Training Director for Region VI in April 2008 and is now an SBDC Business Consultant.
She works closely with the Greater Idaho Falls Chamber of Commerce and the Small Business Association and is the main point of contact for the Idaho Falls Small Business Development Center.

Bryan Magleby graduated from Utah State University and Ricks College with degrees in Marketing and General Business. An entrepreneur himself, Bryan has built, grown and sold multiple businesses and currently is the
Founder/Co-Owner of Tri Peaks Epic Events. Bryan’s hobbies include triathlons, snowmobiling, razr/4-wheeling, and racquetball. His motto for life is…. “BRING IT ON!”
For over twenty Years, Bryan has been a business consultant and coach working with entrepreneurs in numerous public, private, and non-profit organizations to improve results in their business and personal lives. In 2015, Bryan became the Executive Director of the Idaho Innovation Center, and in 2016 became a part-time SBDC business consultant specializing in business startups, business and strategic planning, sales and marketing strategies, leadership, financial management, operations and organizational structure. Bryan serves on the Board of Directors for the Idaho Innovation Center and is an advisory board member for REDI (Regional Economic Development for Eastern Idaho) as well as an advisory board member for the Idaho Technology Council.

Andy, a native of Idaho’s Sawtooth region, graduated from Boise State University with a degree in Business. After working in Boise, he moved to Seattle and spent over 19 years at Amazon, where he led global organizations in various divisions, including Digital and Device Support, CS Retail Operations, Procurement and Merchandising, Marketplace, Global Selling, Fulfillment, Amazon Pay, and Channel Partner Management.
As the Director of Amazon Global Digital and Device Support Experience, Andy built a globally aligned organization and supported the launch of Amazon’s first tablet. His teams developed innovative customer support solutions that are still in use today.
Andy’s expertise spans finance, technology, and product development, enabling him to build and track key performance indicators and report business trends. His role required a deep understanding of economic principles and strategic planning for global programs.
With a strong background in consulting, training, and mentoring, Andy excels in developing business plans and establishing best practices. His experience working with senior executives worldwide makes him a valuable consultant for businesses of all sizes.

Teagan Landon
Administrative Assistant
Teagan Landon went to Idaho State University for 4 years before moving to Portland, Oregon to have her husband pursue his doctorate degree in chiropractic. She is now a stay at home mom to two beautiful daughters and a new baby on the way!
Teagan grew up doing dance and cheerleading and has continued to be involved by coaching at a local high school Thunder Ridge.
She has worked retail and office jobs in the past. But her favorite is her job at home being a mother. She is looking forward to working at the SBDC.
