Capital Access: Meet the Team
The Idaho SBDC Capital Access Team was launched in January of 2025, starting as a business advising “special team” dedicated to working with SBDC clients on getting projects funded.
The Capital Access Team is eager to partner with Idaho small businesses statewide to increase overall economic impacts and to continue to assist as many businesses that seek our support and services.
The Idaho Capital Access Team works virtually and is based out of our State Office located on the campus of Boise State University.
About Our Team
The Idaho SBDC Capital Access Team is led by highly specialized SBDC subject matter experts who engage clients via face-to-face and virtual advising (Phone, videoconferencing and e-mail). The Capital Access Team also provides access to education programs via online training and public workshops across the state for learning about the capital landscape and accessing capital.
The Capital Access Team works with clients referred to by SBDC Regional Offices, funding and community partners. All advising is confidential, and each client is managed collaboratively with their local SBDC business consultant.

With over 35 years of culinary and entrepreneurial experience, Chef Jill K. Bosich brings her expertise in business ownership, financial solutions, and mentorship to Idaho’s small business community. As part of the Idaho SBDC Capital Access Team, Jill supports entrepreneurs by guiding them through financing programs like SSBCI, strengthening financial skills, and helping them achieve their business goals.
Jill’s services include personalized consulting, webinars, live training, and educational courses, all aimed at helping Idaho’s smallest and most vulnerable businesses succeed. Her hands-on approach and commitment to empowering entrepreneurs make her an integral part of the Capital Access initiative.
