Consider the items below and determine those important to include for your business. Include only those that apply and keep descriptions brief, clear and concise.
Learning about the industry and markets demonstrates that you understand external business influences, and it enhances your ability to make better informed business decisions. You will need to do research to complete this section.
This section should include your company’s organizational structure, details about ownership, information about the management team, and information about advisors and board of directors.
